Indoor, covered or outdoor
Outdoor hard courts are the most common and the cheapest. In the tropics, covered or indoor courts are worth paying for in the rainy season and in the middle of the day, when outdoor courts get very hot.

Outdoor hard courts are the most common and the cheapest. In the tropics, covered or indoor courts are worth paying for in the rainy season and in the middle of the day, when outdoor courts get very hot.
Most people play after work. Check that a court has floodlights and until what time they run: some venues charge more for lit evening slots, and some close the courts at dusk.
Public and park courts cost little or nothing but are often first come, first served or booked through a city system. Private clubs, hotels and academies usually need a booking, and some ask for a membership or a guest fee.
Hours, prices and guest rules change. Where a listing shows them, they are the last published by the venue; confirm by phone or message before you travel, especially on public holidays.
Hard courts are fast and easy on the budget. Clay is slower and kinder to the joints but rarer in Southeast Asia. Each court page shows the surface when the venue publishes it.
A court is only half of it. Clubs and academies run clinics and social nights, and in Bangkok, Breakers Open Play matches you with players of your level so you can come alone.
Breakers Open Play is level-matched, drop-in social tennis: book a seat, come alone, play with people at your level. Live in Bangkok today.

View all Open PlayThis page ranks the 31 cities in the Breakers directory by distance from your approximate location, then lists the closest courts. Tap "Use my exact location" for a sharper ranking, or open "Show all courts" to filter all 194 listed venues by country, indoor or outdoor and public courts.
"Open now" is only shown for the 39 venues whose opening hours we have from the venue, and it is computed in the court's own time zone. Everywhere else we show no badge rather than guess, so call or message the venue before you go.
39 of the listed venues have indoor, covered or mixed courts. Use the "Indoor / covered" filter in the full list. Covered courts matter most in the rainy season and for midday play in the tropics.
24 venues in the directory are listed as public, municipal or government courts. They are usually cheaper than private clubs but may be first come, first served or need booking through a city or sports-authority system. Check each court page for how to book.
Only roughly. Your approximate city comes from your IP address, as on most websites, and is used to sort this page; it is not stored. If you choose to share your exact location, it is used in your browser only and is never sent to us.
