This Privacy Policy explains how Breakers Tennis ("Breakers", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Breakers mobile application and the breakers-tennis.com website (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) the basic profile data those providers return (name, email).
• Profile information you provide: first and last name, nickname, phone number, gender, Instagram handle, self-assessed tennis level and questionnaire answers, profile photo.
• Activity data: tournament registrations, match results, scores, rankings, and Breaker Points earned within the Services.
• Technical data: basic device and log information needed to operate and secure the Services.

2. How we use your information

• Create and manage your account.
• Run tournaments and events, build brackets, and display results and rankings.
• Show player profiles and community features to other members.
• Communicate with you about events, your account, and support requests.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Services.

3. Sign in with Apple and Google

You can sign in using Apple or Google. We receive only the information you authorize (typically your name and email). If you use Sign in with Apple's private relay email, we store that relay address. We do not access your Apple or Google account beyond authentication.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers who host and operate the Services on our behalf (e.g., our database and authentication provider, Supabase).
• Other members, where you choose to participate — your profile, results, and rankings are visible within the community.
• Authorities, where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and associated personal data, subject to limited records we may need to retain for legal or security reasons.

6. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the mobile app: Profile → Delete account. You may also email us at the address below to request deletion.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Services.
