Read the code out loud instead. Every pass has a short code under the QR — BK-0000 — and the host can check you in with that. Your spot is booked either way; the QR is a convenience, not the booking.

Sending the slip normally confirms the spot straight away. It stays unconfirmed in one case: the same picture has already been sent for another booking, or the amount does not match the night. Your spot is still held either way — bring the transfer on the day and the host will settle it at the door. If the night is tonight and you want it sorted first, message us on Instagram; that reaches a phone.

Check spam first. Then open the app and tap “Send it again” on the check-your-inbox screen. If it still has not arrived, email us and we will confirm the address by hand.

Cancel from the session screen. Inside the refund window shown on that session you get your money back; after it, the court is already paid for, so the spot is not refunded — but tell us anyway and we will try to fill it.

The level you were given at sign-up is a starting point, not a verdict. If the nights feel too easy or too hard, write to us with a line about who you play with and we will move you. Levels exist so the six people on court can rally with each other — nothing else depends on them.

Profile → Settings → Delete account, inside the app. It removes your profile, your photos and your booking history. It cannot be undone.
